We are looking for a
Distributor Growth & Success Officer
to join our in-house team in

Larnaca, Cyprus.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and developing our international

distributors, monitoring their performance, guiding order patterns, and implementing

strategies that help them reach — and exceed — their targets.

What You'll Do

• Monitor distributor sales targets and provide guidance to boost performance.
• Recommend growth strategies, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Liaise with the Campaign Coordinator to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
• Build strong distributor relationships and serve as their main point of contact.
• Provide market insights and performance reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with brand policies, pricing, and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales support, business development, or distributor relations (cosmetics,
• medical experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret sales data.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
