Digital Communication & Growth Specialist

About Us

We are a fast-growing international company in the skincare and beauty-tech industry. We are looking for a Digital Communication & Growth Specialist to join our in-house team in Larnaca, Cyprus, and take ownership of our digital communication, website presence, and online growth initiatives.

Your Role

· Plan and execute the digital communication calendar.

· Coordinate with the concept and creative teams to deliver strong campaign assets.

· Run and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).

· Oversee social media content, posting schedules, and engagement.

· Coordinate the design and development of websites with external agencies, ensuring they reflect brand identity and deliver strong user experience.

· Supervise website updates, new features, and improvements in collaboration with developers.

· Manage and update product pages, campaigns, and compliance content.

· Implement SEO strategies, track performance, and improve visibility.

· Propose and test improvements to user experience and conversions.

· Support distributors with localized content and digital assets.

What We're Looking For

· 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital communication, website management, or SEO.

· Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress, Odoo, or similar).

· Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs).

· Experience running paid advertising campaigns across major platforms.

· Good understanding of user experience (UX) and web optimization.

· Creative mindset with an eye for design, detail, and storytelling.

· Strong coordination and communication skills.

· Fluent English (other languages a plus).

· Certifications or training in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Web Development are a plus, but not mandatory.
