About The Role 

  • We're seeking a mid-to-senior level Financial Controller to strengthen our Financial function.

  • In this position, you'll oversee financial operations, perform regular financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll provide critical financial insights to support decision process.

Our Ideal Candidate 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • 5-8 years of experience in a Big4 company in Cyprus.

  • Strong understanding of IFRS and Cypriot accounting standards.

  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is a plus.

  • Native-level Greek speaker; fluent in English.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage accounting and financial reporting processes.

  • Conduct regular financial due diligence.

  • Prepare regular financial reports.

  • Review financial statements.

  • Implement internal financial controls.

  • Coordinate financial practices and reporting standards.

  • Monitor company expenses and ensure timely payments.

  • Interact with company's auditors and local authorities.
