Affiliate Manager

forex and/or crypto industry

Role Overview


• Manage and expand a portfolio of high-performing affiliates, delivering consistent traffic and qualified traders/investors


• Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates via research, networking, and industry events


• Negotiate commercial terms to maximize ROI and ensure competitive positioning


• Monitor, report, and optimize affiliate performance through data insights and KPIs


• Work closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams to align campaigns with brand and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For


• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager within forex, crypto, or related financial trading industries


• Proven success in driving trader acquisition and revenue growth


• A proactive and commercially minded problem-solver who thrives on hitting ambitious targets


• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills


• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, tracking systems, and compliance considerations within trading environments
