Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Manager - Affiliate Marketing. The Manager will oversee and grow affiliate marketing programs, build relationships with affiliate partners, and implement strategies to drive performance and sales. Responsibilities include communication with affiliates, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying new opportunities to increase ROI through partnership initiatives. This role requires collaboration across teams to ensure alignment with marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Affiliate Management and Affiliate Marketing strategies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and manage relationships with partners
  • Knowledge of Marketing and Sales principles to support performance goals
  • Analytical skills to track and measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions
  • Leadership capabilities to mentor and oversee affiliate program teams
  • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Prop trading Experience is important to have
