Medical Representative

Varnavas Hadjipanayis Ltd (VHP) is expanding its operations and is looking to recruit a
Medical Representative
to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting VHP's product portfolio to healthcare professionals, providing accurate scientific information, and supporting the company's growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the company's product portfolio to healthcare professionals by providing accurate scientific information and support within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular visits to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to present and detail the company's product portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted scientific resource.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, products, and therapeutic areas relevant to the portfolio.
  • Analyze the market, monitor competitors' activities, and identify business opportunities.
  • Participate in scientific conferences, exhibitions, and training seminars to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, activities, and results in line with company procedures.
  • Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Candidate Profile

  • University degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Dietetics, or other Life Sciences.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector will be considered an advantage.
  • Dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused personality.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office and related software tools.
  • Valid Cypriot driving license.

Remuneration:

An attractive and competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, based on qualifications and experience. The package includes a 13th salary, participation in a provident fund, and a performance-based bonus linked to KPIs.
