Role Details

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and lead internal teams (IT, PMO, Business PMs) and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define project objectives, scope, and feasibility with all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress and manage changes effectively.
  • Track performance using the right tools and techniques, reporting progress and escalating when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Mitigate risks through proactive risk management.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation (initiation docs, WSRs, etc.).

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager/Administrator in the IT sector.
  • Strong technical background with understanding/experience in software development, cloud, or web technologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Skilled in escalation management and multitasking with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Solid experience with
    Waterfall
    and
    Agile
    methodologies.

Nice-to-Haves

  • ServiceNow and MPP experience.
  • Banking domain knowledge.
  • Experience working in cross-cultural, multi-vendor environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across diverse technologies and business areas.
  • Familiarity with hybrid methodologies.
