Payment Product Manager

ABOUT THE JOB

A forward-thinking Fintech enterprise leading the charge in revolutionizing payment practices is actively seeking a Payment Product Manager. As the Payment Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our payment products, from conception to launch and ongoing optimization. You will work closely with payment service providers (PSPs) and internal departments, to ensure that our payment solutions are effectively integrated and deliver value to our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management within the fintech or payments industry, particularly in the iGaming sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Development:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for iGaming payment solutions, aligning with the company&ss overall strategy.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and business care, to ensure the successful execution of product strategies.
• Product Implementation and Go-Live:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new payment solutions, ensuring timely and successful go-live.
  • Work closely with technical teams to integrate PSP solutions into our platform, ensuring that all technical requirements are met.
  • Provide detailed product information and training to relevant departments (Sales, Customer Success, Business Care) to ensure smooth product rollout and support.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all relevant departments are kept informed of product updates, new features, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product messaging and promotional materials.
• Product Performance and Optimization:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of payment products, using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with the technical team to resolve any issues that may arise and ensure continuous product optimization.
  • Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to refine product features and enhance user experience.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure that all payment products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the regulatory environment and adapt product strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management within the fintech, payments, or iGaming industry.
• Proven experience in managing payment product lifecycles, from development to go-live and optimization.
• Strong understanding of the iGaming industry and its unique payment needs.
• Experience working with PSPs and managing complex integrations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
