About the Role

ASG Digital LTD

is seeking an
Administrative & Finance Assistant

to support the company's day-to-day operations and financial management in Cyprus.

This position provides administrative and accounting support across multiple areas — including client billing, payments, compliance documentation, and coordination with external accountants and auditors.

We are looking for a
highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented professional

with experience in administrative and financial roles within a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Client Support:

provide administrative and invoicing assistance to our business clients.
- Billing & Finance:

issue invoices, manage incoming and outgoing payments, and monitor accounts.
- Compliance Documentation:

collect, verify, and maintain client documentation in coordination with the compliance team.
- Creator Payments:

process and track content creator payments accurately and on time.
- Accounting Coordination:

keep financial records up to date and work directly with
external accountants and auditors in Cyprus

to ensure proper bookkeeping and reporting.
- General Administration:

support internal reporting, document management, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience

in administrative, accounting, or financial support roles.
- Solid understanding of
invoicing, payments, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience managing
B2B documentation and compliance.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with
accountants, auditors, and management.
- Good command of
Excel

and basic accounting tools.
- Fluent English

is required;
Spanish knowledge is highly valued.
- Organized, discreet, and with strong attention to detail.
