We are looking for a qualified Financial Analyst–Accountant to support a private investor developing a portfolio of venture and strategic projects across Europe.The portfolio includes businesses in manufacturing, information technology, and services. Financial management is centralized in a Cyprus-based holding company, which oversees and coordinates key operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze financial reports of portfolio companies (IFRS).
  • Assess the performance of existing and new investment projects; prepare reports and presentations for investors.
  • Handle treasury operations, including payments, cash flow, and liquidity management.
  • Interact with banks on accounts, financing, payments, and KYC/AML procedures.
  • Communicate with partners, auditors, and consultants in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Optimize tax structures in compliance with international legislation.
  • Maintain accounting and tax records and prepare statutory reporting for the Cyprus holding company (including VIES).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a financial manager or analyst.
  • Practical experience with accounting for legal entities in Cyprus is an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS; experience consolidating financial statements.
  • Experience in banking relations, treasury, and tax planning.
  • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency; experience in financial modeling.
  • Degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
  • Working proficiency in English (both spoken and written, including business correspondence).
  • Independent, systematic, and detail-oriented mindset.
