This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, and building efficient processes across the organization. The CFO will act as a strategic partner to management, drive financial planning and reporting, optimize operations, and lead the finance team.

Responsibilities

Financial Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in line with the overall business plan.
  • Prepare long-term and short-term financial forecasts.
  • Manage budgeting, P&L, cash flow, and financial KPIs.

Financial Control and Reporting

  • Ensure timely and accurate management and financial reporting.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
  • Monitor fulfillment of financial obligations, manage risks, and ensure compliance.

Operations and Optimization

  • Implement efficient financial processes and automation (ERP/CRM/BI).
  • Manage settlements with clients, contractors, and partners.
  • Optimize costs and improve project profitability.

Business Partnership

  • Collaborate with partners and practice leaders to analyze project efficiency.
  • Support management in investment decisions and development of new business areas.
  • Conduct financial analysis of the consulting market and competitive landscape.

Team Management

  • Build and develop the finance team (finance specialists, accounting, analysts).
  • Mentor and develop employees, introduce best practices in the finance department.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, including 3+ years as CFO / Head of Finance.
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or related B2B industries.
  • Deep knowledge of corporate finance, budgeting, management, and tax accounting.
  • Proven experience in building financial processes and automation (ERP, BI, CRM).
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and risk management skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities, ability to work effectively with partners and top management.
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (for international clients and reporting).
  • Russian language proficiency.
