Die Solutions2Share GmbH sucht einen motivierten Sales Assistant für unser Büro in Paphos, Zypern. Du wirst in einem modernen Büro mit direktem Meerblick arbeiten und Teil unseres dynamischen Teams, das innovative Lösungen im Microsoft 365-Umfeld entwickelt und vertreibt.



Was wir mit dir vorhaben:

  • Du unterstützt unser Vertriebsteam in allen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben, von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Nachverfolgung von Kundenanfragen.
  • Du hilfst dabei, Kundenbeziehungen zu pflegen und unsere bestehenden sowie potenziellen Kunden mit hoher Servicequalität zu betreuen.
  • Du koordinierst Meetings, Präsentationen und unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Verkaufsunterlagen und Reports.
  • Du übernimmst die Pflege und Aktualisierung von Vertriebsdatenbanken und CRM-Systemen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Sales-Team zusammen, um die Effizienz unserer Prozesse zu steigern und gemeinsam Erfolge zu feiern.

Was wir uns von dir wünschen (Wunschliste – keine MUSSListe):

  • Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Kundenbetreuung oder einer ähnlichen Position.
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu erledigen.
  • IT-Affinität und Interesse an den Bereichen Microsoft 365, Teams und SharePoint.
  • Eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist und einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die professionelle Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden.
  • Selbstständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten, auch unter Zeitdruck.
