We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Officer who will be instrumental in driving our business growth. This individual will be responsible for researching prospective clients, conducting guided digital outreach, supporting our marketing efforts, and managing CRM activities. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a drive to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Research & Prospecting
  • Identify and research potential clients across target industries.
  • Build and maintain an up-to-date pipeline of potential leads and key contacts.
  • Utilize tools to gather prospect information.

Guided Digital Outreach
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, social media).
  • Personalize messaging to resonate with specific industry verticals and client needs.
  • Track outreach performance.

Marketing Support
  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the sales team and product owners to execute lead-generation strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Contribute to market research efforts, including competitor analysis and market trends.

CRM Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Generate regular CRM reports and dashboards to track sales pipeline, conversions, and other key metrics.
  • Work closely with the rest of the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and data integrity.

Collaboration & Reporting
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the Sales Manager regarding prospect status, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Attend and contribute to sales meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, operations) to deliver a seamless client experience.

Sales
  • Familiarize themselves with the client base of P9 in Cyprus and engage with prospective clients in the local market.
  • Account management


Requirements

Education & Experience:
  • University degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous 2-3 years experience in sales, sales support, or marketing.

Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Extensive experience using LinkedIn
  • Fluent in English
