About the Role
:

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Marine Superintendent to join the Head Offices in Limassol — a vibrant, cosmopolitan coastal city and one of the Mediterranean's most exciting maritime hubs.

In this role, you'll be responsible for worldwide travel to vessels to conduct routine marine visits, internal audits, and inspection assessments, while also managing key day-to-day office responsibilities. It's a position that combines global exposure, hands-on involvement, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on operational excellence.

What You'll Bring
:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar shore-based role or in vessel operations.
• Sailing experience as a Senior Officer on bulk carriers or container vessels.
• Experience with Rightship and DBCE (considered an advantage).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• A high level of professionalism, responsibility, and integrity.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Clear and confident communication and report-writing skills.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and take initiative.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
