Senior ML Engineer
для реализации AI сервисов от стадии исследований до выпуска в продакшн.

Обязанности:

  • разработка решений на основе LLM для выполнения бизнес-задач в проектах;
  • проведение исследований технологий и подходов, подходящих для решения поставленных задач - выбор моделей, подбор промптов и проработка архитектуры решений;
  • планирование и проработка гипотез по улучшению систем на основе LLM.

Требования:

  • опыт работы с NLP, ML, LLM, AI проектами от сбора данных до релиза от 5 лет;
  • опыт программирования на Python и работы с ML-фреймворками;
  • есть опыт fine-tuning моделей, работы с function calling, structured output, multi-agent системами и понимание архитектуры цепочек агентов;
  • знания LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, vLLM;
  • уверенное владение Python, в частности FastAPI, asyncio, а также библиотеки для NLP - Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch etc;
  • практический опыт построения или работы с RAG-системами, знание векторных баз данных.

  • работа в продуктовом AI-стартапе с собственными LLM-технологиями;
  • возможность влиять на архитектуру и качество ключевых AI-систем;
  • команда инженеров, которые любят эксперименты и быстрые результаты;
  • гибкий график и формат работы (релокация в офис на Кипре (после ИС (6 месяцев)/удалённо из любой точки мира);
