Project Overview:

Company-wide AI enablement initiative covering multiple departments (Product, Design, Engineering, DevOps, IT Ops). The role focuses on establishing technical direction, architecture, and reusable AI frameworks that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of AI solutions and prototypes in collaboration with business and engineering teams.
  • Translate departmental needs into practical AI use cases with clear metrics of success.
  • Develop reusable components, APIs, and integrations that accelerate adoption across multiple domains.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with governance, security, and responsible AI policies.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams to embed AI into workflows, improving efficiency and decision-making.
  • Contribute to cross-department adoption through training, documentation, and enablement practices.
  • Participate in evaluating and piloting emerging AI technologies, bringing in tools that provide clear value

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2–3 years delivering applied AI/ML solutions.
  • Proven track record in building and deploying AI-powered systems with measurable business impact (efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement).
  • Strong programming skills in Python or other languages relevant to AI/ML development.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI into production systems (e.g., APIs, data pipelines, automation workflows).
  • Proficiency with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of responsible AI principles and ability to apply them in solution design and governance.

  • Familiarity with NLP or conversational AI solutions for automation or customer support use cases
