As a Team Lead – Mobile, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our mobile trading applications. You'll lead a small but high-performing team, guiding the technical direction while supporting your team's growth and performance. Your leadership will ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable mobile solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.

The role reports to the Engineering Manager, based in Cyprus. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 mobile engineers, providing technical direction, guidance, and regular feedback.
• Own the delivery of high-quality mobile features built with React Native and modern tooling.
• Make architectural and design decisions to ensure long-term maintainability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and platform engineers to align on priorities and deliver value.
• Drive agile execution within your team, including planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
• Support team members' professional growth through coaching, structured feedback, and development planning.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and automation using tools like GitHub Actions and Fastlane.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for the mobile domain, unblocking issues and enabling fast, effective delivery.

About You

• 7+ years of experience in mobile development, with strong hands-on experience in React Native and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Familiarity with native development on iOS (Objective-C/Swift) and Android (Java/Kotlin) is a plus.
• Solid experience with CI/CD and testing tools such as GitHub Actions and Fastlane.
• Strong understanding of mobile architectural patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture.
• Proven ability to take ownership and drive technical delivery.
• Clear communicator who can align teams, clarify direction, and facilitate collaboration across functions.
