About Us

At Flirtventures, we're building a group of fast-growing companies in the online dating and affiliate marketing space. Over the past 24 months, we've hit every milestone, achieved strong annual revenues with solid profits, and built a reputation as a trusted partner in the industry.

Now, as we scale, we're expanding our affiliate team and looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager who's ready to step up into a Team Lead role, or someone who's already led teams and wants to take full ownership of a growing function.

We're not looking for someone who just "keeps things running." We're looking for a proactive leader with a commercial mindset, someone who sees the bigger picture, brings structure, and can drive both performance and people development forward.

Why This Role Exists

Our affiliate operations are growing rapidly, and scaling requires more than account management, it requires leadership. You'll be managing and mentoring two team members (Affiliate Manager + Advertising Manager), while also staying hands-on with key accounts.

This role is about creating clarity, setting standards, and building systems that help the team succeed. You'll be working closely with the Sales Director and CEO to drive affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and build sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

In your first 3–6 months, you will:

• Lead and mentor a small team (Affiliate Manager + Advertising Manager), building a foundation for future team growth
• Define and implement KPIs, goals, and processes — ensuring structure, accountability, and consistency
• Act as a hands-on affiliate expert, managing relationships, negotiating deals, and optimizing campaigns
• Support the team in analyzing performance and making data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with Tech, Product, and BI teams to push forward affiliate-related improvements
• Drive reporting, forecasting, and planning with the Sales Director and CEO
• Establish training, feedback, and career development plans to help your team grow

What Success Looks Like

• After 30 days: You've built trust with your team, assessed their strengths, and started documenting processes
• After 60 days: You've implemented weekly structures, KPIs, and routines — your team feels more focused and supported
• After 90 days: You're fully owning the affiliate function, leading with clarity, and driving both revenue and team performance

Who You'll Work With

• Reporting to: Sales Director & CEO
• Managing: 1 Affiliate Manager, 1 Advertising Manager
• Collaborating with: Tech, Product, BI, and other internal teams

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Solid background as an Affiliate Manager (network, agency, or advertiser side)
• Proven experience in building relationships and optimizing campaigns
• Leadership experience — either already managed people, or mentored juniors and now ready to officially step up
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to see the bigger picture
• Structured, process-driven, and organized. You don't just react, you build systems that last
• Experience creating KPIs, performance reviews, and development plans
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken
• Stable career path, not a frequent job-hopper. We value consistency and long-term growth

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in the online dating industry (not mandatory)
• Previous experience in fast-scaling or international teams
• Comfortable building onboarding plans, training docs, or internal guides
