Our goal is to provide the tools needed to succeed in today's fast-paced financial markets. We are now seeking a skilled and versatile Affiliate Manager to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Affiliate Manager to lead our affiliate marketing initiatives and build strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for managing key relationships, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities aligned with our expansion goals. The ideal candidate has proven experience in affiliate marketing within the FX/CFD industry, with the ability to deliver measurable results and foster long-term partner relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize the affiliate program, including strategy, recruitment, onboarding, and partner performance management.
  • Identify, negotiate, and establish high-impact affiliate and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet partner needs and streamline operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on affiliate performance and business development activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand the partner network.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in affiliate marketing or business development within the Forex/CFD space.
  • Background in sales or account management is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance-based marketing models.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages such as Russian or Hebrew are highly desirable).

Nice to Have

  • Existing network of affiliate partners in relevant industries.
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid media, influencer marketing, or content marketing.
  • Knowledge of different performance models (CPA, CPL, Data).
  • Experience working in international markets and multicultural environments (Tier 1 geos and others).
