Serbellas Boutique Hotel, an elegant and fast-growing hospitality brand in Paphos, is seeking an experienced
Hotel Accountant
to join our team.

This role plays a key part in maintaining the hotel's financial integrity while overseeing
daily accounting, Food & Beverage cost control
, and
inventory management
across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations and prepare financial statements.
  • Monitor and analyze F&B revenue, cost control, and profitability for restaurant and bar operations.
  • Conduct regular stocktaking and manage inventory of hotel supplies, food, and beverages.
  • Review procurement and consumption records for financial consistency.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with policies and local regulations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or cost control within hotels or F&B operations.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B cost control and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
