Junior

Corporate Lawyer

who shares our values and dedication to delivering practical, high-quality legal solutions in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

What You Will Be Assisting the Team with:

  • Drafting and reviewing agreements and other documents;
  • Conducting legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents;
  • Drafting legal memorandums and legal opinions;
  • Drafting court petitions/applications pursuant to the Companies Law Cap.113;
  • Undertaking legal due diligence of Cyprus companies;
  • Drafting and reviewing company resolutions;
  • Providing assistance in immovable property transactions;
  • Liaising with local, regulatory and other supervisory authorities;
  • Carrying out compliance work including the reviewing and updating of the companies' KYC files and the corresponding software;
  • Assisting the team with compliance and administrative work; and
  • Assisting on the efficient management of workflow of the team.

About You:

  • At least 2 years of corporate and commercial law experience;
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB);
  • Cyprus Bar Association qualified;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English;
  • Excellent time management, administrative and organizational skills

- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office).
