Our award-winning client, a leading distributor of Security Systems across Cyprus and Greece, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their Sales & Partner Development Department in Cyprus.

Job Description

  • Manage and further develop the existing client portfolio in Cyprus
  • Generate new leads and expand the customer base
  • Strengthen partnerships by presenting the product portfolio, solutions, and services
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans (both macro & micro) in collaboration with the Managing Director
  • Conduct regular client visits across Cyprus and prepare relevant reports and action plans while working in a hybrid setup

Your Profile

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in a similar Sales or Business Development role
  • Demonstrable sales and business development track record
  • Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong customer relationship and account management skills
  • Excellent computer literacy and advanced use of Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Highly organised with strong negotiation skills
  • Friendly, professional, and trustworthy with a strong drive for success
  • Nice to Have (not essential):
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • Experience using ERP systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Science
  • Additional foreign languages
  • Previous experience in the Electronic Security Systems industry
