Regional Sales Manager

Our award-winning client, a leading distributor of Security Systems across Cyprus and Greece, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their Sales & Partner Development Department in Cyprus.

Job Description
- Manage and further develop the existing client portfolio in Cyprus
- Generate new leads and expand the customer base
- Strengthen partnerships by presenting the product portfolio, solutions, and services
- Design and implement strategic sales plans (both macro & micro) in collaboration with the Managing Director
- Conduct regular client visits across Cyprus and prepare relevant reports and action plans while working in a hybrid setup
Your Profile
- 3–4 years of proven experience in a similar Sales or Business Development role
- Demonstrable sales and business development track record
- Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong customer relationship and account management skills
- Excellent computer literacy and advanced use of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Highly organised with strong negotiation skills
- Friendly, professional, and trustworthy with a strong drive for success
- Nice to Have (not essential):
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Experience using ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Science
- Additional foreign languages
- Previous experience in the Electronic Security Systems industry
