We're looking for a friendly and organized person to help run the day-to-day operations of our premium chocolate office and shop.

This role combines office admin duties with retail sales support, ideal for someone who enjoys both behind-the-scenes work and customer interaction.

Full-time or part-time options available.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office tasks, including email correspondence, invoicing, phone communication, and stock updates.
  • Oversee general office administration, maintaining organized records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and team members to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
  • Assist with tracking and reconciling orders, payments, and customer records in the system.
  • Support management with administrative reporting, scheduling, and filing.
  • Manage simple social media or marketing updates when needed.
  • Update and maintain website entries, such as product listings and stock information.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with office or e-commerce software (e.g. Word, Excel, WooCommerce, or similar).
  • Friendly, reliable, and attentive to detail.
  • Previous office administration experience required.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
