high-caliber, passionate professional
to join our team on a full-time basis as an
Accountant
.

This is a unique opportunity to join a trusted family office environment that offers long-term stability, professional growth, and exposure to a diverse portfolio of companies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and maintenance of accounting records
    for companies registered in BVI, Cyprus and the Marshall Islands.
  • Preparation of
    quarterly management accounts
    for BVI companies.
  • Preparation and review of
    internal management reports
    at regular intervals (including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements), as requested by management.
  • Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns.
  • Monthly
    bank reconciliations
    .
  • Handling petty cash
    payments and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Performing any other
    ad-hoc duties or projects
    assigned by management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in accounting, Finance, or another relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of
    IFRS
    reporting standards.
  • Good understanding of financial instruments (bonds and securities) and familiarity with SDC and GHS payments for rentals
    .
  • Proficiency in
    SAP, CaseWare,
    and Cycom is essential.
  • Computer literate, with strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask
    and deliver results under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Excellent time management and
    organizational skills
    .
  • Responsible, professional, and demonstrating high integrity.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both spoken and written
    .
