Our client a medium size brokerage with stable working environment and increasing profitable performance is growing and is looking to hir an experienced Accountant to join their Finance and Operations team.

This position requires a good understanding of Forex accounting, client fund handling, and multi-currency reconciliations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Performing daily bookkeeping and maintaining accurate accounting records.

· Preparing management accounts and financial reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.

· Processing client money reconciliations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Handling tax and VAT-related tasks, including returns and filings.

· Liaising with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks as required.

· Supporting the Head of Finance and Operations with intercompany transactions and group reporting.

· Assisting with administrative tasks related to finance and operations

Experience and skills needed:

· Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.

· Previous experience in the brokerage industry or relevant is mandatory.

· Proven experience handling client funds and performing daily reconciliations.

· Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software is an advantage.

· Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.

· Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

· Fluent in English (written and spoken).
