About the Role

We are seeking a motivated
HR Intern
with a strong interest in
recruitment and talent acquisition
to join our HR team in Cyprus. This internship offers hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle and exposure to HR best practices in a fast-paced, international environment. You will collaborate with a global HR team and gain valuable cross-cultural experience.

Duration:
3 months
(with possibility of extension based on business needs)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support in drafting and posting job descriptions.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate databases.
  • Assist in employer branding activities (career fairs, social media posts, etc.).
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in
    recruitment and talent acquisition
    .
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written & spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
