Προϊόντα, συστήματα & υπηρεσίες

  • Χειρίζεται άψογα το σύστημα ελέγχου αποθεμάτων SAP και τα συστήματα αναζήτησης προϊόντων.
  • Παρακολουθεί και ελέγχει την κίνηση και την επάρκεια των προϊόντων.
  • Μελετά τις προδιαγραφές και τα χαρακτηριστικά των νέων προϊόντων.
  • Γνωρίζει τις τρέχουσες προσφορές προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών που προωθεί η εταιρία.
  • Μεριμνά για την ορθή και έγκαιρη ανατροφοδοσία προϊόντων στα τμήματα πολιτισμού ή ελέγχει τις νέες παραγγελίες κάθε τμήματος
  • Ρυθμίζει τη ροή των νέων παραλαβών και της παράδοσης τους στα αντίστοιχα τμήματα πολιτισμού για την αποσυμφόρηση και την καλύτερη λειτουργία της αποθήκης.
  • Συμμετέχει στις απογραφές προϊόντων, όποτε υποδεικνύει η διοίκηση του καταστήματος (μηνιαίων & ετήσιων).
  • Παρακολουθεί και επιτυγχάνει τους στόχους που τίθενται.

Διαχείριση Πελατών

  • Αναλαμβάνει εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, όποτε καταστεί ανάγκη για την αποσυμφόρηση των τμημάτων και τη μείωση του χρόνου αναμονής.
  • Αναλαμβάνει την επίλυση προβλημάτων και διαχείριση παραπόνων πελατών (όπως δυσαρέσκεια πελατών για κακή εξυπηρέτηση, ποιότητα/ ποικιλία/ τιμές προϊόντων κτλ).
  • Διαχειρίζεται και λαμβάνει πρωτοβουλίες με σκοπό την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών (πχ. δώρο/έκπτωση σε πελάτη πέραν αυτών που ισχύουν).
  • Υποστηρίζει τη δημιουργία, ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση πελατολογίου.

Διαχείριση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού

  • Καθοδηγεί τους πωλητές σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες της εταιρίας για την ποιητική εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών.
  • Καθοδηγεί και εκπαιδεύει το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό για τη μεγιστοποίηση των πωλήσεων.
  • Φροντίζει για την άμεση ενημέρωση των πωλητών στο αντίστοιχο τμήμα, σχετικά με τις τρέχουσες προσφορές προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών που προωθεί η εταιρία.
  • Εμπνέει τους εργαζομένους της ομάδας του να επικοινωνούν και να συζητούν, δημιουργώντας κλίμα συνεργασίας.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

  • Απόφοιτος πανεπιστημίου
  • Προϋπηρεσία 2-4 έτη σε θέση πωλητή σε εμπορικό κατάστημα.
  • Προϋπηρεσία 1-3 έτη σε ανάλογη θέση ευθύνης εμπορικού καταστήματος.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση χρήσης προγραμμάτων Microsoft Office.
  • Πολύ καλές προϊοντικές γνώσεις.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση προγράμματος διαχείρισης και ελέγχου αποθεμάτων SAP.
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικός και γραπτός λόγος).
