Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 
Junior Project Manager
 to support the full lifecycle of our residential development projects. The role involves working closely with senior project managers and technical consultants, gaining exposure to all phases of real estate development—from permitting to construction and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior project managers in daily coordination and reporting
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones and deliverables
  • Communicate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and authorities
  • Attend site meetings and follow up on execution progress
  • Help prepare technical documentation, tender packages, and compliance reports
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and site logistics under supervision
  • Maintain project records and filing systems
  • Escalate risks, delays, or quality concerns to the project team

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience
     in construction, architecture, or project support
  • Educational background in 
    Architecture, Civil Engineering
    , or a related discipline
  • Prior experience assisting in the delivery of real estate or construction projects
  • Proficiency in English
     (written and spoken);
  • Knowledge of Russian and/or Greek will be an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project planning tools is a plus
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail
