Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Assistant based in Paphos Municipality. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Bank account reconciliation
  • Management of company's inflows and outflows
  • Reporting directly to the Director of the Company
  • Communication with Accountants, Auditors and other stakeholders of the company
  • Cashflow, PnL preparation
  • Forecast and projection of future cashflow. Budget preparation

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and managing Financial Statements and Bookkeeping
  • Experience with Accounting Software
  • Familiarity with Accounting and Finance principles
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Fluency in English language. Greek and Russian languages will be considered as an advantage
