Quality Assurance Manager
to help us maintain and elevate these standards.

The Role

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will ensure that all construction works on site meet approved design documentation, best practices, and INEX's commitment to precision. You'll work closely with contractors, installers, and subcontractors, while providing regular updates to the Project Manager.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and verify quality of construction works on site
  • Ensure all teams use the latest approved technical documentation
  • Provide technical guidance to contractors and subcontractors
  • Propose practical solutions for construction challenges
  • Inspect and document hidden works before they are covered
  • Plan and oversee inspections, tests, and witness points
  • Prepare weekly quality reports for the Project Manager
  • Use digital quality management tools (PlanRadar or equivalent)

What We're Looking For

  • University degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • 1+ years of experience in quality control/assurance in construction
  • Solid knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices
  • Familiarity with digital quality management platforms (PlanRadar or similar)
  • Excellent English (Russian and/or Greek is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams
