We are looking for a motivated
Accounting Officer
to join our team in the forex/financial services industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to grow, and ready to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting tasks including bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks (CySEC, ESMA, etc.).
  • Support in audits, tax submissions, and liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist with payroll processing, vendor payments, and expense monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Compliance) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Provide support in budget preparation, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis as required.

Requirements

  • At least
    1 year of proven experience in the forex/financial services industry
    .
  • Knowledge of IFRS and regulatory requirements in the forex sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
