Overview
Spotware Systems is looking for a
Finance & Accounting Officer
to join our team

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting entries and financial records
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balances
  • Liaise with banks regarding transactions, transfers, and statements
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial summaries
  • Support the finance team in audits and compliance procedures
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all financial operations

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or banking
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
  • Familiar with online banking platforms and reconciliations
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Good command of Greek — for communication with local banks and authorities
