About the Role

We're looking for a
Client & Office Administrator
to join our growing team at
TAJ Advisory
— a one-stop firm helping people invest, relocate, and do business in Cyprus.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations — perfect for someone organized, friendly, and proactive who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and creating a great experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and welcome clients visiting the office
  • Coordinate appointments and follow up with clients by email or phone
  • Support day-to-day office administration (supplies, payments, logistics)
  • Enter data into our systems and maintain organized records
  • Prepare and serve coffee or refreshments during meetings
  • Assist with simple social-media posts and updates (Linkedin , Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.)
  • Work closely with our consultants and lawyers to ensure smooth client service

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in
    English
    and
    Greek
  • Friendly, professional attitude and attention to detail
  • Good computer and email skills (Including using AI Tools like ChatGPT)
  • Organized, reliable, and willing to take initiative
  • Prior experience in an office, administrative, or hospitality role preferred
