Our firm is looking for a highly motivated and well-organized individual in the Administration Department for immediate employment on a fulltime basis.
D. Marinou & Co Ltd is a well-established accounting and audit firm with 35 years of experience in the profession with its headquarters in the city of Larnaca offering a comprehensive range of professional services including Audit & Assurance, Accounting & VAT, TAX and advanced Business and Corporate Consulting. Our clients are public and private businesses operating across a wide range of markets both locally and internationally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Secretarial duties (typing letters, sending and filing of emails, answering phone calls)
- Invoicing and issuing receipts
- Organizing payments
- Corporate secretarial duties (Registrar of Companies)
- Office management tasks
- Reporting and receiving instructions from the manager of the department
- Perform other duties as required
Profile and Qualifications:
- Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Experience in a similar position
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Remuneration:
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the individuals fulfilling the above prerequisites including 13
th
salary, provident fund, Wednesday and Friday afternoons off.
