Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Full-time, Office-based)
Relocation: Available for the right candidates
Industry: Forex | Global Financial Trading

A very large and well-established Forex company with multiple offices worldwide is expanding its Retention team in Cyprus. We're looking for Dutch-speaking Retention Agents with experience and motivation to join a dynamic, international environment.



Requirements Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch and good level of English.

  • Previous experience in Retention within the Forex industry is required.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong sales drive and target-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

  • EU citizenship or eligibility to work in Cyprus preferred; relocation support provided for international candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize retention.

  • Build strong client rapport through ongoing communication and trust.

  • Upsell company products and services to increase client activity and engagement.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve retention targets.

  • Work closely with the sales and compliance teams to ensure smooth processe
