They are looking for a Website Project Manager. The position would be ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing digital projects from concept to launch and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Your primary role involves acting as the main contact point for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across project stages.
  • You are required to define project objectives, deliverables, and success measures while fostering collaborative engagement with teams.
  • You'll be responsible to create and manage detailed project plans, including budgets, resources, and timelines.
  • Administering coordination between developers, designers, QA testers, content teams, and other departments to ensure smooth execution.
  • Your role also involves gathering and documenting project requirements, translating them into technical specifications such as wireframes, backlog items, and user stories.
  • Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, balancing stakeholder needs with team delivery capabilities.
  • Overseeing issue resolution, bug management, and the release process, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Providing stakeholders with regular updates on progress, risks, and results.
  • Conducting post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and apply best practices for continuous improvement.

Expectations & Requirements:

  • Should possess at least 2 years of experience in project or product management, ideally within fintech, financial services, or eCommerce.
  • Quite an acquaintance of headless CMS platforms such as Strapi, Contentful, or similar systems.
  • Must be skilled in web development processes, responsive design, and modern digital technologies.
  • Ensure that you deliver precise project tracking and documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines, supported by strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • You are also expected to analyze data to guide decision-making and propose solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential.
  • A portfolio of completed web projects is desirable to demonstrate experience with CMS platforms and deployment workflows.
