Procurement coordinator, Nicosia – PC/10/25

Our client seeks for a highly organized and proactive Procurement & Fleet Coordinator to join their dynamic construction team. This dual-role position is responsible for managing the ordering of materials, tools, and supplies essential for construction operations, while also overseeing the day-to-day coordination of our vehicle fleet (30–40 units). The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement, cost efficiency, and optimal fleet performance.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Ordering
Place and track orders for construction materials, equipment, and consumables based on project needs and inventory levels.Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with site managers to anticipate future needs.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget constraints.Fleet Management
Assist in scheduling regular maintenance and inspections for company vehicles.Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service history.Coordinate with insurance providers for renewals, claims, and documentation.Support the registration and licensing of new vehicles.Help implement and monitor GPS tracking and fleet management software.Collaborate with drivers and site teams to resolve vehicle-related issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in procurement, logistics, or fleet coordination (construction industry preferred).Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement/fleet management software.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Working hours: 08:00-16:00 (Mon – Fri)
