L&D Academies Coordinator, Nicosia-LDAC/10/25

Our client is a training provider specializing in professional development programs across various industries.

As a L&D Academies coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth delivery of training programs of our client's Internal Academy and of their clients' Academies. You'll be responsible for administrative tasks, scheduling, coordination, and liaising with relevant authorities, mainly HRDA, to manage training subsidies and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Liaise with HRDA to manage training subsidies, grant applications, and compliance documentationCoordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, trainer scheduling, and participant registrationPrepare and distribute training materials, attendance sheets, feedback forms, and certificatesMaintain accurate records of training activities, participant data, and program evaluationsAssist in preparing reports and documentation required for HRDA audits or subsidy claimsRespond to inquiries from clients, trainers, and internal teams regarding training schedules and program detailsSupport the L&D team in developing and updating training calendars, promotional materials, and course outlinesMonitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of required forms and reportsHelp maintain the learning management system (LMS) and update course information as neededSkills & Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related fieldPrevious experience in administrative support, preferably in training, education, or HRStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilities in Greek and English languageProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platformsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of government training subsidies or grant schemes is a strong advantageAttention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
