The Marketing Operations Coordinator position is primarily dedicated to supporting the Marketing team in content marketing and affiliates servicing by sourcing marketing materials for customer campaigns, managing a digital repository of marketing materials per allocated partners, and supporting with creation of PowerPoint presentations and eblasts/newsletters.
This is a key role within the Affiliate Marketing team, working across the content portfolio of leading Hollywood studios and content suppliers. The position requires sourcing materials – images and videos, through studio/content owner portals, and ensuring all promotional assets are readily available for campaigns, for the production of graphics and video promos, and making these available to each allocated affiliate. 

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator full of energy, displays a can-do attitude at all times, is passionate about content – film and TV, and is able to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines. What will your job look like?


•    Responsible for sourcing relevant marketing materials from a variety of content supplier sources to support film and TV marketing campaigns

•    Assist in maintaining Vubiquity's digital repository of promotional materials

•    Support in the creation of content-led PowerPoint presentations 

•    Create eblasts/newsletters through an email service provider such as Mailchimp or Pardot to create email templates for external communication with affiliates

•    Work closely with the Marketing Managers and content owners across the upcoming slate of film and TV releases

•    Work closely with the internal operations teams to ensure the partner's marketing assets needs and campaign deadlines are met on time

•    Commission image/video assets with agencies and oversee metadata and digital toolkit materials packages for delivery to designated service partners in order to support their regular weekly/monthly placements in communication channels

•    Ensure regular social media audits are conducted across customer social and online channels, and input into the monthly highlights presentation  

•    Handle ad hoc partner requests, such as delivering logos, images, videos, guidelines, and responding to queries regarding the marketing toolkits

•    Act as brand and content IP guardian, following brand and content guidelines in partner and content marketing executions 

•    Be part of developing, planning, and monitoring campaigns with partners in the US, Canada, and EMEA to support the Affiliate Marketing operations

All you need is...

The Must-Haves


•    Fluency in English & German

•    Marketing experience in the Entertainment market, preferably Film and TV

•    Experience in managing and briefing internal teams or external agencies, ensuring deliverables to brief

•    Experience in a client-facing role, liaising with customers

•    Experience of working to deadlines, often with a tight turnaround period

•    Experience in planning, design, and distribution of newsletters

•    Highly competent with Microsoft packages Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

•    Photoshop experience preferable

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience


•    Ideally, a minimum of 2 years working within the digital media content industry

•    Marketing qualification preferred with a good understanding of content marketing

•    Experience of working with film and TV content and assets

•    Knowledge of workflow for creation of marketing materials such as posters, trailers, TV spots, OOH, and digital assets is a plus

•    Understanding of image/AV assets and ability to update photos/banners 

•    Previous experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp would be useful

•    Familiarity and experience with content management systems platforms would be useful

•    High degree of computer literacy, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with an aptitude for learning new technology and software

•    The ability to react quickly and constructively to issues & changes

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•    Effective time management, multi-tasking, and planning skills

•    Must be an excellent communicator with experience working remotely within an international team

•    An innate hunger to achieve results

•    Happy to take responsibility and own relationships

•    Able to prioritize, problem solve, and multitask with great organizational skills

•    Meticulous attention to detail 

•    Happy to work within a fast-paced environment and able to stay calm and work well under pressure
