We are looking for a highly versatile Senior DevOps Engineer - a true "Swiss Army knife" - to design, standardize, and support infrastructure solutions across multiple companies and teams. Our technology landscape is broad and varies across teams. One of the main goals for this role is to help us to unify and standardize the stack where possible.

This role requires a broad technical background, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with a wide variety of tools and environments.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux systems administration and troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
  • Ability to work across a broad technology stack and quickly adapt to new tools.
  • Excellent diagnostic skills - capable of finding the "needle in a haystack" in complex, multi-component systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with multiple cloud providers (multi-cloud environments).
  • Familiarity with diverse infrastructures and a drive to standardize tools and processes across teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining universal infrastructure solutions across different companies.
  • Providing DevOps as a Service, supporting multiple production and development environments.
  • Unifying CI/CD pipelines (long-term goal: one tool, one process).
  • Developing and implementing architectural solutions to ensure scalability and resilience.
  • Maintaining and improving our secret management system.
  • Continuously improving monitoring systems and ensuring effective alerting.
  • Migrating VM-based configurations into version-controlled repositories.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues on Linux servers (some workloads still run on VMs).
  • Developing strategies to detect and prevent single points of failure (SPOF).
