Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive
DevOps Engineer
to join our growing IT/Tech team. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure and development pipelines. You will work closely with the Heads of Development, System Administrators, and the Information Security team to maintain and evolve our systems and services.

Responsibilities include:

  • K8S
    : Managing Kubernetes clusters
  • Monitoring & Alerting Tools
    : Upgrade and manage Grafana, Prometheus, and Alertmanager setups.
  • Containerization
    : Build and maintain Docker images for various services and environments.
  • CI/CD Pipelines
    : Develop and manage GitHub Actions workflows for automated testing, deployment, and integration.
  • Infrastructure Management
    : Oversee server health, backups, and performance.
  • Ceph Storage Management
    : Administer and optimize Ceph distributed storage systems.
  • Cloudflare Administration
    : Configure and manage WAF rules, DNS records, and Workers for performance and security.

What we are looking for:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools (preferably GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Alertmanager.
  • Familiarity with Ceph or other distributed storage systems.
  • Solid understanding of server and database management.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloudflare services.
  • Communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience on Database setup, configuration and management.
