What you'll**

  • doOwn P&L for Greece and deliver on growth, acquisition, and retention target
  • s.Build and lead local teams/agencies across marketing, CRM, content, and affiliate
  • s.Drive acquisition via affiliates, media, partnerships, and localized campaign
  • s.Ensure full compliance with Greek HGC regulations, advertising rules, and responsible gaming requirement
  • s.Maintain senior relationships with affiliates, media, payment providers, and local authoritie
  • s.Adapt global product, promo, and CRM strategy to Greek customer behavio
  • r.Monitor KPIs (NGR, FTDs, LTV/CAC) and implement corrective actions when neede
