We are seeking a results-driven and ambitious
Partnerships Manager
to join our expanding team in Cyprus. If you're passionate about the
financial markets
, thrive in a high- performance environment, and have experience inForex (FX) and Cryptocurrency market this is your chance to grow with a global broker.
The role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the CFD trading space.
- Build and manage key client relationships, utilizing existing industry contacts and collaborating with KOLs and influencers to drive growth.
- Lead and execute business development strategies, delivering tactical plans that align with company goals.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a client-facing or sales role within the CFD trading industry.
- Experience working with KOLs and influencers to boost market presence and client acquisition.
- Exceptional communication and networking skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Language skills in Arabic, Persian (Farsi), Polish, Swedish, German, Dutch or French will be considered an advantage.
