As wecontinue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Senior WebDesigner with a strong focus on designingand maintaining landing pages that enhance user experience and are aligned withour marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of theAdobe Suite, including Figma, and a proven track record of creating visuallyappealing and functional web designs. Yourrole at HFM:Design and develop landing pages that effectively communicate our marketing campaigns and engage our target audience.Ensure all landing pages are optimized for functionality, usability, and visual aesthetics across all devices and platforms.Collaborate with the marketing team to align web designs with campaign narratives and goals.Conduct regular testing and updates to landing pages to ensure they remain effective and modern.Utilize a variety of design tools, including the Adobe Suite and Figma, to create high -quality designs.Maintain consistency in design across all web pages, adhering to brand guidelines.Monitor and analyze the performance of landing pages and make adjustments based on visitor interaction and feedback.Stay up -to -date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our web presence.RequirementsProven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful landing page designs.At least 3 -4 years working at a similar role.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.Understanding of front -end development web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is a plus.Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user -system interaction.Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.Up -to -date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.​Applicantsmust be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where theposition is based.BenefitsHybrid Work Model (up to 2 days working from home).22 days of Annual Leave (reachingup to 30 days per year based on years' service)Comprehensive Health& Life Insurance (from day one)Friday afternoons offin Summer (July &August)Birthday LeaveGym Membership (Larnaca)Referral BonusPaid Time Off forTraining & Education Readyto Kick Off an Exceptional Career?Join HFM and shape your future with a company that values growth, innovation and people.Sounds like you?
