Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of web and creative projects: landing pages, websites, logos, brandbooks, presentations, videos, illustrations, icon sets, and other tasks.
  • Build effective workflows, including planning, estimation, task management, QA, and releases.
  • Coordinate designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and aligned teamwork.
  • Manage workload, priorities, and timelines while maintaining full transparency in Jira and Confluence.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the entire lifecycle — from presales and briefing to presenting results and gathering feedback.
  • Monitor quality, risks, and dependencies, resolving issues proactively.

Analyze delivery outcomes, collect feedback, and contribute to the improvement of the Web Department and its delivery practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT or digital project management, including 2+ years in web development and design.
  • Proven experience managing client-facing projects — from presales to final release.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, design, and UX/UI principles.
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and delivery tracking practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • English level B2+ — confident written and verbal communication with clients.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with distributed teams.
  • Background in branding, marketing websites, or creative agencies.
  • Experience with presales, effort estimation, and budgeting.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
