Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and evolve the product strategy based on business goals and market insights.
  • Prepare and defend product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities through competitive analysis and market research.

Product Development & Delivery

  • Gather and analyze requirements from clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Set priorities for product development based on business value and data.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including operations, analytics, marketing, and development.
  • Organize and oversee integrations with external services and APIs.

Performance & Optimization

  • Track and improve key product metrics (KPI, SLA, conversion rates, margins).
  • Analyze product usage data and run experiments (A/B tests) to optimize performance.
  • Ensure high quality of service and product reliability.

Stakeholder & Market Engagement

  • Represent the product in meetings with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role in IT, preferably with telecommunications or SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of B2B products and integrations (APIs, communication protocols, routing).
  • Proven skills in strategic planning and prioritization.
  • Ability to work with analytics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with international clients and partners is a plus.
  • Proficiency with product and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro).
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Fluent Russian. Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
