Commercial Officer [Digital Media]

Καθήκοντα:

  • Εμπλέκεται σε όλο τον κύκλο πώλησης
  • Υποστηρίζει και αναπτύσσει το υφιστάμενο και νέο πελατολόγιο
  • Συμβάλλει στην αύξηση των πωλήσεων και του πελατολόγιου της εταιρείας
  • Συμμετέχει στην ανάπτυξη του κύκλου εργασιών και διαχείριση της κερδοφορίας της εταιρείας
  • Διατηρεί στενές διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις με υφιστάμενους πελάτες και διαφημιστικά γραφεία
  • Διενεργεί έρευνες στη τοπική αγορά και συγκεντρώνει πληροφορίες για τον ανταγωνισμό
  • Συντονίζει και διαχειρίζεται το ψηφιακό περιεχόμενο για την ιστοσελίδα (π.χ. διαφημιστικά banners πελατών, δελτία τύπου και βίντεο)
  • Προγραμματίζει συναντήσεις με πιθανούς ή και υφιστάμενους πελάτες
  • Ερευνά την ψηφιακή συμπεριφορά και τις τάσεις του digital sales
  • Ερευνά, αναλύει και προτείνει διάφορες ιδέες και ευρήματα για την προώθηση της εταιρείας και την βελτιστοποίηση της στρατηγικής μάρκετινγκ
  • Συνεργάζεται και συντονίζεται με τις ομάδες των τμημάτων μάρκετινγκ, και digital media
  • Παρακολουθεί τακτικά τον ανταγωνισμό, επεξεργάζεται τις στρατηγικές τους και παρέχει σχετική πληροφόρηση στο διευθυντή του τμήματος
  • Άλλα συναφή καθήκοντα

Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ή και Μεταπτυχιακό στους κλάδους των Οικονομικών / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Digital Media ή σε συναφή κλάδο
  • Γνώση του επιχειρηματικού περιβάλλοντος και των επιχειρήσεων στην Κύπρο
  • Εμπειρία σε πωλήσεις B2Bθα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Ελληνικής και της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικώς και γραπτώς)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών και χρήση διαδικτύου
  • Επικοινωνιακή και ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα
  • Καινοτόμος τρόπος σκέψης και ικανότητα υλοποίησης
  • Ικανότητα εντοπισμού των επικοινωνιακών αναγκών των πελατών
  • Ικανότητα δημιουργίας σύνθετων λύσεων και προτάσεων σε πελάτες
  • Ικανότητα διαπραγμάτευσης
