We are seeking a highly skilled Head of SportsBooks to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge sportsbook platform. This is your opportunity to lead a transformative project in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and lead the development of our sportsbook platform.

Ensure the platform is built with seamless performance, top-notch security, and scalability at its core.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align features with business goals, delivering a world-class product.

Oversee the integration of third-party APIs, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

Continuously enhance the platform's architecture to stay ahead of industry trends.

Make strategic decisions on the technology stack, tools, and processes.

Mentor and guide your team, cultivating a culture of excellence and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Manager, Tech Lead, or Architect in the sportsbook or Gaming industry.

Deep knowledge of high-load systems and the ability to design robust, scalable solutions.

Expertise in sportsbook architecture and the unique challenges of high-demand environments.

Strong proficiency in microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions.

Extensive experience with third-party API integration in the sportsbook domain.

Exceptional problem-solving skills, paired with technical ingenuity.

Strong leadership and communication abilities, excelling in collaboration across technical and non-technical teams

Fluent in English (verbal and written); other languages are a plus.
