Our client, an innovative FinTech company transforming digital payments, is seeking an experienced Head of Payments to lead and scale their payments function.

This role will focus on strategy, optimization, compliance, and innovation — ensuring smooth operations, strong PSP relationships, and continued growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all payment operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve transaction success rates, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
  • Manage relationships with banks, PSPs, and financial institutions, securing optimal commercial terms.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management in collaboration with compliance teams.
  • Analyze payment data to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Partner with Product, Development, and Customer Support teams to optimize payment processes.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering operational excellence and innovation.
  • Successfully manage large-scale transaction volumes across multiple PSPs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in payments management, ideally within the iGaming industry.
  • Deep understanding of payment systems, gateways, and transaction processing.
  • Proven experience managing PSP relationships and driving performance improvements.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of global payment regulations and compliance standards.
