Position: Russian-Speaking Sales Agent

Paphos, Cyprus

Key Responsibilities


• Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, focusing on Russian-speaking markets


• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the purchasing process


• Manage the full sales cycle - from initial contact and property viewings to negotiation and deal closure


• Collaborate closely with marketing, legal, and after-sales departments to ensure a seamless client experience


• Stay up to date with the company's projects, market trends, and investment opportunities in Paphos and Limassol

Requirements


• Proven experience in real estate or property sales, ideally within the Cyprus market


•
Fluency in Russian and English
(Greek is considered an advantage)


•
Applicants must already be residing in Cyprus


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team


• Professional appearance and excellent client-handling skills
